Junior Varsity Baseball Tournament

March 4-6

Tournament Fee: $40 Payable to Fort Bend ISD - Athletic Office, 16403 Lexington Blvd., Sugar Land, TX 77479

Tournament Rules and Guidelines:

1. Bring two new and two usable balls to each game
2. A coin flip will determine the home team (The host team will have their home dugout)
3. The home team will provide the official scorebook for the game
4. The will be no pre-game infield
5. There will be an 8 run mercy rule after 5 innings in all games except the fourth game then it becomes 10 after 5.
6. There will be a 1 hour and 50 minute time limit on each game except the fourth game.
7. If the game is tied after 7 innings with time left, one additional inning will be played.  If the game is still tied, the winner will be determined by the amount of runners to third; then second; then first.  If still tied then game will be decided with a coin flip for advancement.
8. The winner of each pool will be determined by the best record in the pool. If teams finish with the same record then the winner will be determined by 1. total runs scored in the pool, 2. runs given up, 3. head to head match up.

4^th Game: Austin Pool Winner vs. Travis Pool Winner at Austin 4:00pm.

4^th Game: Clements Pool Winner vs. Kempner Pool Winner at Frankie Field 4:00pm
