Welcome to the 8th annual softball tournament/fundraiser. Our goal this year is to most of all have fun! and to raise money for our baseball teams. our ultimate goal is $20,000. we have already started meeting and are hoping we can get as many volunteers as possible. You may contact Dave Henry if you would like to volunteer., or if you would like to make a donation, please contact Jen Meador.

The raffle tickets for all Sophs, Jr’s, and Sr’s will be passed out by coach Ursery beginning today. We will pass out the tickets to the freshmen sometime next week. I will be sending a note out to all freshmen parents with the details soon.

The raffle is a critical part of our fundraising and I wanted to ask for your help in a few areas.

It is an expectation that each player will sell all of their tickets. We issued 100 tickets to each player. They are $3.00 each, or 4 tickets for $10.00.

It is very important that the person buying the ticket gets one half of the ticket and the other half is turned in with the money. Please be sure to write the buyers name and number on the half that is turned in.

We will present the top seller with a gift card for $100.00.

Each player that sells 100 tickets (that should be everyone) will be included in a special incentive. This will be something fun involving the coaches.

If each player (and family) do their part, together we can have an outstanding fundraiser and a wonderful event on November 18/19.
